Unfortunately it isn't since they aren't using the same chipset.
You could, however, upgrade the 8-core base model to a 12-core or upgrade the quad core base model to a single 6-core.

Lol, but let's be mature here, W7 is pretty flawless as on OS, especially for Micro$oft. It's less buggy than 10.7 DP2, and I didn't feel like triple-booting with 10.6 too, so I'll stick to W7 anytime 10.7 DP2 isn't quite reliable enough yet.

I've structured the WorldEdit talk page to allow for nominations. This allows everyone (including unregistered users) to make them. Tuesday sounds good to me, although we might have to delay it a bit this week.

Don't know about you guys but I have decided to order my new iPad online this morning at 5am and then take my chances at the store today. When I places my order it said 2-3 weeks which is a bit scary!! I went for the 32gb 3G in black with the grey smart cover (yes I know I'm boring) let me know whether you have taken the same route and also whether you hear from Apple on shipping. I will hopfully be heading out to Covent Garden this afternoon to try to get my hands on one.... ATB Nick

Yeah, I have a rev A iMac G5 20 inch and it is perfect! Although, earlier this year I set up a rev A iMac G5 17 inch and it was so noisy that I felt embarassed being near it.

Anyone help on this one. I have had a mini server running for over a year problem free. Last night sometime the server came up with a warning that there was another machine on the network with the same name so it decided to change its name. It was dnssigns and now is reading dnssigns2. Problem is NO other machine on the network has a name anywhere close to that. This has caused havoc as far as apple tvs etc. All functions are running fine, nothing seems out of place, network traffic is normal etc. I still have all admin control. Any idea why a machine would allow, say a person trying to hack into the network with a same named machine and no passwords, to get in and then decide to change its name?
