Since his i140 is approved he should be eligible for H1B 3 yrs extension. I think it does not matter even if has changed employer.

I don't think that your footer uses up a lot either. It doesn't bog down my system nearly as much as some of the multiple movie clip effects that some use. I think that's because a) it's not very big. B) it's only one transparency which is actuall on top of another image (the one on the bottem of the layer stack is not moving over another image), and C) The top one is fogged.. (which may or may not actually make a difference. )

field 11 (have you previously applied for EAD ) there is a column called
"Which USCIS Office" "Date(s)" can some tell me what needs to be filled there? mine was texas center filing.
Also section 16 Eligiblity code is it (c) (9) for both primary applicant as well as spouse (derivative) or different.
Does some one have a mockup sample they can share with others?

As far as I remember, it was discussed earlier in 2006 and we came to the conclusion that Govt. of India has no ineterest in this matter.

If you are still on a H or L and have a valid visa, you can enter using that as well but if you working on an EAD, all yopu will need is the parole document.

Thats a pretty tough spot to be in. You can try finding a H1B sponsor for yourself and transfer? How about looking for a H1B sponsor for your wife? I believe the H1B quota did not fill up this time.

I'm not sure it will be taken up by AILA -- I was so surprised by the resistance I encountered when I asked a well known attorney with a blog (v. popular with IV members) to submit this question to the AILA committee which reviews topics for liason meetings, and it took several rounds of email and some very severe rhetoric from me to even get him to send it to the committee! I feel it is terrible that our self-professed advocates hesitate even to ASK a question, let alone propose specific reforms...
The deadline for submitting questions is Feb 15 -- so if you are interested, get in touch with your attorneys and send in the question. Maybe numbers will move them.
Can you provide some more information on the AILA liaison meetings? Excuse my ignorance but I have never heard of it before.
Can we ask AILA to support the letter campaign? Specifically, can we ask AILA to push for recapturing 218K unused visas and clarification on how they might be allocated, if recaptured?

I believe unless you filed I-485 under the revised fee structure last year, you need to pay for EAD and AP renewal every time you have to renew.

I have got a new job and the company is asking me to work on EAD. Could anyone please tell me how to use AC21. do i need to fill any forms and is there any approval process involved ?
Just fill the I-9 form that your employer provides with the EAD information. The new employer may ask for a copy of your EAD and passport.

Here is what I found on USCIS website for renewal I765

Once you get a receipt notice you could send the correct marriage certificate with a letter explaining the mistake. It will probably lead to a RFE and not a rejection.
Just noticed that my lawyer has attached marriage certificate of my co-worker in the dependendent's petition. I am waiting for the receipt.
What are the impacts of this mistake? To compound the issue, my wife is flying out next week for a month to India.
Gurus any answers on this is deeply appreciated.

I don't think that's an option. The company has strict rules of using it's corporate attorney's through out the green card process. Hence the dilemna.
